One Day City Square-ing

After sleeping thru x'mas and watching Bleach until 2am in the morning, I woke up at 9am (alarm rang at 8.30 la) and prepared myself for a shopping day.

Not that its really fasinating there. The Abercrombie/Roxy/Bathing Ape tees I see are so fake. Material so thin that doesnt seem able to endure my mum's powerful hands once. Din get any cos its looks so imitation even thou we dun noe whether its authentic or fake althou it costs only RM 30 (< SGD 15).

Walked an hr or so b4 finding a place for food. Went for Vivolicious (or something) as it was NEAR and we're hungry enuff to eat ANYTHING available. We sat at ard 12+ ~ 1pm. Ordered 2 7" pizzas, 1 lasagne, 1 baked rice and 1 spaghetti. Spaghetti arrived in abt 5 min in a miserably small portion. The rest were not big either. We chomped up the spag, waited 10 min, baked rice arrived, waited 15 more min, lasagne arrived, waited 15 more min, meaty monster pizza arrived. It was 30 min after the meaty monster that the kitchen staff delivered our last pizza. We got a 10" Bed of Mush instead of a 7". Dunch care, eat finish zao. Super CMI their service quality. Kitchen wrong mixed up order want customer to change their order. Sucky service. Dun go there unless u're not hungry and doesnt mind waiting 1 hr for food + 15 min for the que to reach u.

We left the place not feeling any effects from the slow pizzas, covered the top shopping floor to the ground floor, till we stopped for a breather at Starbucks. (So Chocolate Cream Frappucino DOESNT CONTAIN coffee) Went MNG, nothing there, as usual for me. Walked somemore, the 2 girls already had their hands filled and me and MT are still empty-handed.

Chanced past Levis'. Walked in, flipped thru the displays actually without intention to buy. Saw one nice color, RM219, looks ex. They persuaded me to try 4 of them. Try lor. One really looks like scuba diving suit. SO TIGHT!! Its the 581 series, some Patty Anne Slim thing. Another one was the baggy one with belt. Quite comfortable but the top a bit the high and large. Blame it all on my bballer thighs. SO BIG FOR WAT SIAH!! Buy jeans so hard, have to satisfy my thigh b4 satisfying my waist/hips.

So after heeding the jury's decision, I bought 2 jeans. 577 and 581.

Totals RM 438. Converts to abt SGD 171 (2.55 offer exchange rate. Kekekekeke. Not valid anymore!) SGD 171 for 2 jeans which costs roughly SGD 129 each (I'LL GO CHECK TMR!!). I'll keep those for CNY!~ Think I'll take 2 days leave b4 CNY for shopping! (again! I seem to be shopping a lot!)

We walked the Causeway in anticipation of massive jam but the road was clear like a normal working day. A bit of self-consolation thou, there wasnt any bus passing us thru' out the whole journey and the que at the bus interchange was snaking all over. Roughly needs 3 buses b4 our turn.

Reached SG at ard 9, happily with 2 new pairs of Levis'. ^.^
